This year, we are proud to support the Rady Children’s Hospital Heart Transplant Center, a leading pediatric heart transplant and cardiac care facility in San Diego. Ranked among the nation’s best heart transplant programs, the center provides comprehensive care for infants, children, and young adults with congenital and acquired heart disease.

The diverse team of specialists includes pediatric cardiologists, heart surgeons, nurses, geneticists, psychiatrics, neurologists, pharmacists, social workers and child life specialists, all with expertise in pediatric medicine. Together families receive a multidisciplinary approach to care at one of the most advanced programs for pediatric heart disease in the world.
